By using the Matterhorn Studio for Sheets™ Google Apps Script add-on (the "Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Add-on.

2. Description of the Add-on

The Add-on is a tool designed to perform Bayesian optimization and generate experiment recommendations.

3. Grant of License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on for your personal or business use.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Add-on. However, by using the Add-on, you grant us a limited license to access, use, and store this data solely for the purpose of providing the Add-on's services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Add-on.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of your use of the Add-on or your violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Add-on after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to and use of the Add-on at any time, without cause or notice.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Add-on and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
